Definition:
A quite well-established name for the high valley filled with glacial and fluvioglacial sediments at the watershed between the Salza and Erlauf rivers, which occupies a topographical and cultural-geographical special position in the surrounding landscape of the Limestone Prealps (mainly central forest mountains).
